So with the ability to now create Skyrim mods that are paid for on Steam what are people opinions on this? There is a good post about it here: http://www.forbes.com/sites/insertcoin/2015/04/24/valves-paid-skyrim-mods-are-a-legal-ethical-and-creative-disaster/ But to sum up the cons are: Payments - Modders take 25%, rest split between Valve and game developerModders keep a game alive and are now being treated as a way for the developer to make more moneyPeople who don't care about a game will come along and make crappy mods just to try and make moneyUse of other people's IP in other peoples mods. Stealing mods and putting them up on the paid storeBuying mods that then break and are not fixed, no refundsEven more control over games and mods is being lost to ValveCollaborative mods are harder as the money only goes to one personGabe is on Reddit discussing people concerns https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/33uplp/mods_and_steam/ Now i do understand, "why shouldn't modders be able to charge for the hours and hours of work they put in", but I do think the cons far outweight this, and a donation system instead of a payment system would be much better. I'm sure there are others and some pro's as well, but what are people opinions?
It's a game I've picked up this very morning due to it's Steam release, for all of those Zelda fans out there here is one of the best looking PC alternatives. It was originally a iOS based games but has the potential to be a serious time burner. I look forward to playing this one and streaming it later on. Opinions, or is this a game which should be left to the console gaming and relaxing infront of a TV? http://store.steampowered.com/app/339200/

Looks like Valve are backing Xi3 to allow their small PC designed for the front room to run Steam games. I think Valve are still in the process of designing their own as well. Thoughts?
