What do you want to see @ FIFTEEN?

Recommended Posts

Yes... we know... only 3 and a bit months until LAN. Not that long when you think about it.

It's time for the entire team to get back on the horse and start working out you guys all want!

We have our own ideas of what we think will work but this is where you come in!

You guys pay for the tickets and make the arrangements to get to us, what do you want to turn up for!

Remember we have the epic.BEERPONG, the ability to run any sort of fun party games (Goat Simulator, Gang Beasts etc) & the entertainment evenings that we want to work on to become a real highlight for everyone to participate in! Even if people want to make a fool of themselves with karaoke, or showoff their disc jockeying skills!

And then the bread and butter, what games do you want to see? What games do we need to be playing in preparation?

Let us know

Lots Of Love <3

What would I love to see?

Motley Crue playing live Thursday, Motorhead Friday and Aerosmith Saturday.

Taylor Swift serving me pizza

Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Squad to greet us as we arrive

Oh, I have to be serious? :P

Probably a good thing I'm not currently playing in a band, but would live music be an option or something folk would be interested in?

Not so much about the event itself, more about the website. When choosing a place to sit, it would be useful to know where the doors/windows/loo's/DJ both/ ect are to avoid being in any bad places. I've never been before so I have no idea what the layout is like!

I wonder whether the media team could help with some pictures or video of the room layout? Or may be at epic.15, ask JoeShow to do a venue walk through describing each of the rooms, like the videos you might see when booking a holiday?

As for real 'what would I like to see' suggestions:

Return of TF2 as first night big game after the opening ceremony. It just feels right.

Loved the Blur fun knockout tournament, That again or something similar like the Grid series?

A fun match up of Console players vs PC at COD.

And this is a bit controversial but it would be nice to see players who have uber aim be able to use their ability to shoot their rubbish into a waste receptacle.

More TF2, racing games, L4D2 VS, Killing Floor 2, prop hunt, dance dance revolution, charades.

L4D2 VS is not really any good as a big game as it only allows for 8 players.

However if you wanted to host one and pop it on the community timetable and speak to a lovely member of the event team to announce it that would make for an awesome L4D2 session!

There was a time when L4D2 could be modded into superversus and could support more players.  I don't know if it still works but it could be worth taking a look.

Is it possible to put the TV/casual setup in Lakeside again, so I can put on more absurd dating simulators and the like

I'm not sure if this is normally done, would it be possible to run an Ethernet cable out to the Lakeside TV area?

Instead of having a separate gaming laptop sitting there all LAN, I can just stream everything from my main rig to a streaming box via Nvidia Shield direct into the TV. Shouldnt break 10Mbit/sec and runs over UDP: 47998, 48000, 47999, 48010

I'd like to see the F1 on Saturday and Sunday before I leave :)

Will there be somewhere where we can watch the sky coverage of this with full audio commentary? I have access to Sky Go and could use my laptop to stream it if required

Also, been watching lots of videos of Rocket League recently and it looks like it could be an awesome LAN game, so I'd like to see lots of games of it :D

We are asked this nearly every event! Unfortunately due to Sky's licensing we would have to have a Sky Sports Venue subscription to allow this to happen (like pubs have) which is not financially viable for this event.

Me and a mate are attending the Cardiff CS:GO qualifiers. Looking to join a team that needs 2 x mercs.

We've been playing since 1.6 on and off, are part of an online team, and are usually rank LE+

epic24 seems so long ago and I haven't been back since. Having taken the 3v3 Rocket League tournament, I'm hungry for more.

      And so...

I have plans to return to epic27 with a new team behind me! I am incredibly excited as epic24 was my first taste of a LAN and I loved every minute of it. It's completely worth the 700 miles round trip and I'm ready to do it all over again!
