Pre-Pub-Quiz BBQ

Recommended Posts

I briefly mentioned this in my other thread but I wanted to post again so more people got the message:

we're also looking at running an open bbq pre-pubquiz on the balcony overlooking the lake, starting at 6:45 and ending before the Pub quiz starts.

we'll provide the BBQ and yours truly will cook (cooked at more events than most you guys have probably been too hahaha), you just have to bring your meat and bread or get in touch with us before hand and we'll get some food in before hand for you. i believe manning has extended the invite already to the Epic Lan team, so we can assume that its probably not going to be us 3.

the weathers looking good as well so there's no excuse for you not to come.

anyway we look forward to seeing everyone there. keep an eye on the notice board for our party games and such.

Edit: WERE GONNA BE IN FAIR ISLE FI-K1,2,3 IF YOU WANNA COME ORDER MEAT BEFORE HAND

we won't be using those crappy disposable bbq's we have a proper large portable one which i'll be bringing with me.

Just as we've mentioned in the email this morning, you wont be able to do this on the balcony as the camping area will be the other side of the fence this time. This is due to another booking in Lakeside during the weekend and when we're not hiring Lakeside we dont automatically get to use the garden area there.

No problem, are we allowed to use the camp area to BBQ, we will keep it tidy and clean up after we finish up?

That's the plan left-one, we'll probably depart somewhere around 5 I'd guess to be able to get back and fire up the grill

Agree with Left-one. Was good to take a moment away from the madness.

Always good to have a chat / catchup with yourselves.

Will this be a thing for February? Or will I need to wait for July for my next 404 bbq?

Me and a mate are attending the Cardiff CS:GO qualifiers. Looking to join a team that needs 2 x mercs.

We've been playing since 1.6 on and off, are part of an online team, and are usually rank LE+

epic24 seems so long ago and I haven't been back since. Having taken the 3v3 Rocket League tournament, I'm hungry for more.

      And so...

I have plans to return to epic27 with a new team behind me! I am incredibly excited as epic24 was my first taste of a LAN and I loved every minute of it. It's completely worth the 700 miles round trip and I'm ready to do it all over again!
