Seating Room Recommendations

Recommended Posts

I'm going to book tickets for epic21 tonight, just wondered before I put down a seat, does anyone have any recommendations for the gaming room to pick? Going with a friend and just looking for good atmosphere, but we're fairly competitive when it comes to our chosen games (me it's SC2 or Dota 2, him it's Hearthstone). Fair Isle looks quite empty at the moment so for the best atmosphere is Portland or Lakeside recommended?

Thanks

If you want atmosphere I'd highly suggest Lakeside! Perfect for casual gamers and even if you are competitive you can join in with the people in hall screaming as to how they got 360 no scoped with an AWP ;)

Its great for a first LAN, everyone is really friendly and everyone there is there to have a good time! :D

Hope that helps!

I'm not friendly! I'm manly as hell!

But yeah agreed if you want a great first time Lan experience Lakeside is where it's at. I always choose lakeside to sit, mainly because it's what I know and I have yet to have a reason to leave.

Me and a mate are attending the Cardiff CS:GO qualifiers. Looking to join a team that needs 2 x mercs.

We've been playing since 1.6 on and off, are part of an online team, and are usually rank LE+

epic24 seems so long ago and I haven't been back since. Having taken the 3v3 Rocket League tournament, I'm hungry for more.

      And so...

I have plans to return to epic27 with a new team behind me! I am incredibly excited as epic24 was my first taste of a LAN and I loved every minute of it. It's completely worth the 700 miles round trip and I'm ready to do it all over again!
