Gaming Laptops to buy - SOS

Recommended Posts

Im sending out an SOS in regard to advice on Gaming Laptops

Travel plans have shifted so i need a reduction in space taken up

The plan is for it to last a while so a good spec is a must

upper limit of £1200

Im not in a clan so mind blowing stats arent required

I did ask Left-one for help but the best we can do right now is a MSI Apache Pro GE62VR from Currys/PC world at £1199

A better Machine or cheaper price would be good

Probably a bit of a gamble and I'm not even sure they're down this time but I know people have got some good deals from MSI at the event in the past.

Pretty much the staple of gaming laptops is that model. It seems to be the best bang for the buck. Just check other retailers like OCUK or Box, might end up cheaper the carphonecurryspcworlddixons whatever they call themselves nowadays

if you ask nicely i might be able to sort you a deal with PC specialist, just build your laptop on their website, save the quote number, send me the quote number, and i'll try and get you a discount (normally between 8-12%), i can also ask for your build to be fast tracked so you get it sooner.

Me and a mate are attending the Cardiff CS:GO qualifiers. Looking to join a team that needs 2 x mercs.

We've been playing since 1.6 on and off, are part of an online team, and are usually rank LE+

epic24 seems so long ago and I haven't been back since. Having taken the 3v3 Rocket League tournament, I'm hungry for more.

      And so...

I have plans to return to epic27 with a new team behind me! I am incredibly excited as epic24 was my first taste of a LAN and I loved every minute of it. It's completely worth the 700 miles round trip and I'm ready to do it all over again!
